Holger von Daniles Big news ahead! I am very excited to announce that SyroCon AG, a leading player in the field of IoT, Cloud Solutions, Smart mobility and Business Process Management, is joining valantic with immediate effect.

SyoCon serves clients like Vodafone, Continental, Alcon and BioNTech with great expertise in digitalisation, cloud, IoT, BPM, smart mobility and autonomous driving.

Our SyroCon colleagues will become part of the newly formed valantic Smart Industries Division – a unit that, with its more than 350 experts, makes the conception, implementation and operation of company-wide IIoT solutions as well as the future topics of e-mobility and autonomous driving more sustainable and transparent for our customers.

I couldn’t be more happy to welcome Markus Hartmann, Dr. Markus Eisel and a great team with more than 150 experts to the valantic family. I’m looking forward to drive our customers’ digital success together in the future, as both companies already share the same strategic, customer centric DNA.
